2013 Giant Trinity Advanced SL 0 First Look – review by admin on ★★★★☆ 4.3
Trinity Advanced, Years of engineering, wind-tunnel analysis and pro athlete feedback created the aerodynamic machine that delivered Ironman pro Timo Bracht to his best bike times ever. The frame features Trinity Advanced SL-grade composite material, radically shaped to cheat the wind. The AeroDrive stem/handlebar unit offers optimal aerodynamic positioning without sacrificing handling, and the integrated SpeedContol brakes are nearly invisible to the wind.
Developed in the wind tunnel, proven at Ironman and the Tour de France. The ultimate advantage against the clock!
The Trinity Advanced SL 0 also receives the Di2 11 speed upgrade, for a whopping $13,400. Not to be left out, the Trinity Advanced SL 1 is also built with Di2, but an Ultegra build and speced with Giant’s own P-SLR1 Aero WheelSystem rather than the pricey Zipp Firecrest 808′s that come on the 0.

Fi’zi:k Arione Tri 2 saddle with braided composite rails

Weight
How much does this bike weigh? It’s a common question, and rightly so. But the truth is, there are no industry standards for claiming bike weights—and this leads to a lot of misinformation. Variances exist based on size, frame material, finish and hardware. And as bikes get lighter, these differences become more critical. At Giant, we believe the only way to truly know the weight of any particular bike is to find out for yourself at your local retailer.
